Hank Ross is a co-founder and majority owner of Physician Housecalls, a company that provides home-based primary care services to homebound patients. Today, it is the state’s largest provider of in-home physician care. The company is currently executing a multi-state expansion plan as Physician Housecalls has provided over 20,000 house-call visits. He was also the founder and CEO of Ross Health Care, a home care company serving central and western Oklahoma. At the time of its sale in September 2017, Ross Health Care was one of the largest home care companies in the state. Mr. Ross also spent fourteen years in hospital administration with a publicly traded health care company in addition to serving at a faith-based hospital system.

He grew up in Chickasha, where his family has a third-generation business. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University before earning an MBA from Oklahoma City University. Mr. Ross has over 29 years of senior management experienced in health care. He earned a board certification in Healthcare Administration and is a past diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Ross served 14 years in the Oklahoma National Guard, which included a tour in the Persian Gulf region during Operation Desert Storm.

Mr. Ross is extremely active in his community and recently concluded an eight-year term as Mayor of Chickasha. He also currently serves on the Board of Advisors for First National Bank of Oklahoma. In 2014, Governor Mary Fallin reappointed Mr. Ross to a second term on the Oklahoma State Medical Board of Licensing and Supervision, where he currently serves as past president.

He served as a city councilman and as board chairman for the Economic Development Council for Chickasha. He was also appointed to the City Planning Commission. Mr. Ross has served as president of the board for The Center of Family Love, a home serving the mentally disabled. He has also served as a board member for the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce, Chickasha School Foundation and Special Young Adults. Mr. Ross is a class XX graduate of Leadership Oklahoma.

Mr. Ross has been married to his wife, Alison, for 31 years. Alison is a registered nurse and works in their health care business. Together they have three children, Alex, Andrew and Caleb.
