Brent Sanders
Chief Executive Officer

Brent Sanders joined Physician Housecalls in 2023. Over the course of his multi-decade career in healthcare, Brent has served in many roles across strategy, business development, finance, operations, and more. His experience, knowledge, and network align with the priorities of our business as we seek to expand into new communities and continue the transition to value-based care. Brent lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife of over 25 years, where they’ve raised their three children.


Dr. Kristin Bergethon
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kristin Bergethon began serving in the position of Chief Medical Officer in 2023. Prior to joining Physician Housecalls, she served as a Chief of Staff at Council Capital, a healthcare focused private equity firm. She completed Internal Medicine training at Massachusetts General Hospital after receiving her MD/MBA from Duke University. She continues her clinical practice as a hospitalist in Mass General Brigham healthcare system.


Chris McKone
Chief Growth Officer

Chris McKone joined the company as the Vice President of Operations in 2021 and recently became the Chief Growth Officer. Prior to joining Physician Housecalls Chris served as the Manager of Commercial Services at Chesapeake Energy where he was responsible for negotiating and managing the organizations commercial contracts for product delivery and sale. Before that he served 10 years as a pilot in the United States Navy. Chris has 20+ years of experience in the areas of business and strategy development, process improvement, and operations and he holds an MBA.


Mark Schulte
Executive Director – Serene Hospice and Palliative Care

Mark Schulte began serving in the position of Executive Director-Serene Hospice and Palliative Care in 2023. Before coming to Serene Palliative Care & Hospice, Mark Schulte worked for the last twenty years in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, and Senior Living communities. During that time Mark worked at both large and small healthcare organizations in both rural and urban locations. In addition to working with seniors, Mark also started and operated a Home Health company that served people with physical disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or were frail & elderly. Mark’s goal for Serene is for it to be a top tier hospice provider in Wichita and beyond and create a culture for our team members and the people we care for where people know they are loved, valued, and at peace. Mark has lived in Wichita for eleven years and is married to his wife, Kris for twenty-eight years and has three sons.


Dan Serrano
Chief Financial Officer

Dan Serrano has developed extensive healthcare experience over his career, bringing the breadth that comes with working across provider groups, health systems and payors to improve patient experience, quality of care and affordability. Dan has a track record of consistently delivering on the core responsibilities of a finance leader and being a strategic partner in working across functional areas to develop and execute on enterprise goals. He has also been actively involved in helping provider groups successfully transition from traditional fee for service to value[1]based care programs. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dan has been happily married for 23 years and is the proud father of two teenage sons. He loves spending time with his family.


Raj Singh
Chief Operating Officer

Raj Singh joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in 2023. Raj previously worked as Vice President at Synchrony Financial where he was the Technology leader for their Cobrand Segment. Raj has 25+ years of experience in the areas of Business Process Improvement, Technology Strategy, Planning and Execution and Data & Analytics and has a Master’s in Information Systems and an MBA. Raj has lived in Fairfield, Connecticut for the past 25 years with his wife and 2 children. 


Ryann Waller
Chief Human Resources Officer

Ryann Waller joined the company as the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2023. Ryann was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cornerstones of Care prior to coming to Physician Housecalls. She has over 26 years of experience in the field of HR, is a supreme court approved mediator, holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management and an MBA. Ryann has held human resources leadership positions in both the private and public sectors, including operating her own HR consulting firm.
